SHIFT Consulting is the professional services division of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio. We focus on leadership and organizational development initiatives with a justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) lens. Through our partnerships with business and community leaders, we support the development of inclusive environments where all feel connected, respected, and valued.
We work with your organization to SHIFT individual behaviors, interpersonal interactions, management practices, procedures, and policies toward inclusion. These practices enable organizations to attract, recruit, engage, and retain the world’s best talent, in today’s ever-growing and changing global marketplace. These efforts result in more innovative and successful work teams that are able to tackle today’s biggest challenges, resulting in more effective problem solving and decision making capabilities. Ultimately, contributing to the agility and success of your organization.
We work with you to assess, identify, implement, and support your diversity, equity, and inclusion focused efforts. This includes many different types of engagement, ranging from the design and delivery of educational opportunities and workshops, to full service consultation services centered on operationalizing and integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into all levels and functions of the organization.
