Workplace Diversity Initiatives
The Diversity Center provides customized workshops and consulting services to corporations, non-profit organizations, and schools focused on achieving work environments that foster respect and understanding among all people. The objective of this diversity consultation is to help create an organizational culture that recognizes, values and celebrates differences thus leading to a more inclusive and productive work environment.
The Diversity Center's Diversity Training:
A Customized Approach
The Diversity Center's approach to diversity is different than "for profit" organizations. The Diversity Center's dialogue-based training sets up a "no fault" environment that promotes understanding and communication among your employees.
Our team of experts will work with your organization to create a customized diversity program to address your issues and needs. The Diversity Center does not have a "cookie cutter" training program. Planning for training often is developed with a select group of employees to help define your diversity needs and customize training.
Services
- Education and Workshops: The Diversity Center designs and implements diversity awareness workshop sessions specifically tailored to fit the population and needs of your organization. Basic and advanced education utilizes dialogue, lecture, case study and video.
