The Diversity Center's Work

The Diversity Center approaches diversity through a strategic perspective, assessing both individual and organizational readiness and commitment to change.  The Diversity Center utilizes a combination of experiential learning, small groups, and self-discovery, with a strong reliance on the dialogic process.

The Diversity Center works in the following areas:

• The Interfaith Task Force
• School Diversity Initiatives
• Community collaborations related to diversity issues
• LeadDIVERSITY
