I have a passion for justice, fairness, and equity in the community. I spent many years organizing congregations in Columbus and Toledo to build the power necessary to hold public officials accountable to using best practices that would increase equity in those communities. As a member of The Diversity Center team I’m working to promote the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion to organizations throughout the Northeast Ohio area.
I am highly relational and able to work in a wide variety of environments. I have a proven track record of building solid relationships and finding ways to bring people together around shared interested. I have experience in leadership development, workshop facilitation, research, and marketing.
