Director, SHIFT Consulting

I am passionate about empowering individuals and groups to create affirming, productive and inclusive organizational cultures and community spaces. Throughout my education and professional experiences, I’ve worked with organizations in North America, South America and West Africa. I enjoy building partnerships with individuals and organizations across national boundaries, and working towards the empowerment of socially motivated institutions around the world. I’m also a member of a team that provides volunteer consultation services to NGOs in Ghana.

At The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio, I serve as the Director of Organizational and Leadership Development. I specialize in the design and implementation of culture, change, and inclusion focused organizational development initiatives. I’m currently a doctoral candidate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s International Psychology, PhD program. My research explores what it’s like to be the adult sibling of someone with a mental disability in Ghana, from a Ghanaian perspective. I received my Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Psychology, along with Certification in Diversity Management, from Cleveland State University. I’m also a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, which is an assessment and series of workshops that enable individuals, teams and organizations to turn their cognitive diversity into a strategic advantage.
