Want to make a difference at your school?  The ACT Program could help.

The Diversity Center is in its third year of an exciting program: ACT-- Action and Awareness for Change Teams.  These teams will meet monthly with The Diversity Center to talk about different isms (racism, sexism, classism, ableism, etc) and will get trained on how to lead discussions with other students about them.  Student participants may have the opportunity to facilitate at Diversity Center workshops and events with other students and schools.  Teams will also meet to plan events for their school and tackle the issues that are most important in their community.
